We recently went to Scotland with our family - We learned about our heritage, our ancestors and all about the beginnings of the Strachan Clan - One thing we loved is our family crest - It says, "Non timeo sed caveo" - Meaning, Not fearful but cautious"
That is why we named our shin guard company, Caveo Guards!
